As our phone line service works through the internet, it relies on a consistent network connection to operate correctly.
Speeds can sometimes affect home phone call quality in certain cases. Speeds can be determined by running a speed test. A VOIP connection usually needs a consistent 1Mbp/s to maintain a phone call.
When you load the speedtest page, ensure the "MyRepublic Limited - Auckland" server is selected, if not, click "change server".
Click the "Go" button to run the test.
