Call Forwarding is available to customers using our Home Phone Service. We have 3 options depending on the current state of the phone.
Unavailable:
If your router or your Fibre ONT is offline (such as a power cut) the call will be routed to the nominated phone number.
Timeout:
This allows you to set a certain ring time before sending to your nominated phone number.
Unconditional:
Call forwards no matter what status the phone is currently in.
Please be aware that there may be extra charges associated with any numbers forwarded to, for example 10c per minute for forwarding to mobile numbers.
Call Forwarding on Unavailability
Calls can be forwarded to a specified destination number if your ONT or router is turned off. In order to set up, pick up the phone and dial *93*<Destination Number>
For example: in order to set up call forwarding on unavailability to 09123456, dial *93*09123456
The call forwarding can be disabled by dialing #93
Call Forwarding on Timeout
Calls can be forwarded to a specified destination number if your ONT or router is turned off. In order to set up, pick up the phone and dial *92*<Wait Time*<Destination Number>
For example: in order to set up call forwarding on Timeout to 09123456 after waiting 5 seconds, dial *92*05*09123456
The call forwarding can be disabled by dialing #92

Call Forwarding on Unconditional
Calls can be forwarded to a specified destination no matter what status the phone is in. In order to set up, pick up the phone and dial *72*<Destination Number>
For example: in order to set up call forwarding on Timeout to 09123456 after waiting 5 seconds, dial *72*09123456
The call forwarding can be disabled by dialing #72
