How do I set up call diversion/call forwarding?

Most mobile phone handsets have the option to do a call diversion/call forwarding in your Phone settings.

Another option is through us.

We offer the below Call Forwarding Options for you:

  • Call Forward Unconditional (CFU) - forward all calls regardless of the state of the service

  • Call Forward on Busy (CFB) - forward only if the number is currently busy

  • Call Forward on No Reply (CFNR) - forward only if there is no reply and the number “rings out”

  • Call Forward on Not Reachable (CFNRC) - forward only if the number is considered unreachable by the network (ie. out of coverage or phone turn off
