Getting connected: Internet

  • Plug one end of the powerpack into an electrical outlet, and the other end into the TP-Link Arche VR 1600v2
  • Connect the Grey cable from the DSL port on the modem to the Jackpoint installed by your technician. No filters are required for MyRepublic VDSL
  • Once everything is connected, power on the TP-Link using the black button on the back
  • Your device will power on.
If the cable doesn't fit into your wall socket, you may likely need a BT-RJ11 cable instead. These can be purchased from most electronic stores. If this isn't possible, please get in touch with us.

Getting connected: Phone

On MyRepublic VDSL, connect your phone to the Phone 1 port on the back of your router.

To get your phone working, you will need to configure your router with some voice setting that are specific to you. You should receive a text message shortly before your activation with these details. A full guide to this setup is here.
